The Delaware Historic Plate Company is owned and operated in Delaware, and has been manufacturing historic reproduction license plates since 1991.  The company was formed after recognizing the need to maintain the historical significance of Delaware license plates, and supply Delaware residents with a quality reproduction porcelain license plate to be legally registered through the State of Delaware DMV.   We are authorized by the State of Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles to manufacture reproduction black and white Porcelain and Stainless Steel License Plates which are legal for registration purposes.
